- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes, you just have to go to 'My Profile', then 'Settings', and cancel your membership with one click. You keep your perks until the end of the period you paid for.
- How does early access work?
- Early-access products show a ⭐ badge in the shop. During the early window only members can add them to cart; everyone else sees a countdown to public release.
- How is the 5% discount applied?
- Automatically, on the first order you place each calendar month. It refreshes on the 1st.
- How does the monthly raffle work?
- Each month we showcase a prize card. Every active member is entered automatically — one winner is drawn at random at the end of the month and notified by email. The card ships free.
- What does "auction lots revealed early" mean?
- Upcoming auction items are visible only to members until their timer starts, and you get an email preview of every new lot — photos, grades and starting prices — before the public sees anything.
- How do I pay?
- With credit/debit card, the same secure checkout used for the shop. €12 is billed monthly until you cancel.
